Soft play is designed for children ages 1 - 5 years
Space must be flat, clean, and dry. We cannot set up on dirt, gravel, or uneven surfaces. Outdoor set ups require fair weather.
YES — adult supervision is required at all times.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your event date and selected package.
One (1) complimentary reschedule is permitted with at least seven (7) days’ notice, subject to availability.
No shoes, food, drinks, face paint or glitter, sharp objects, or sticky hands
We recommend at least 12x12 feet for our smallest package. Larger packages require additional space.
Yes! All equipment is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized before and after every event.
Set up typically takes 60 minutes. Breakdowns take approximately 45 minutes.
